처음 전화받을 때

Hello, this is 000 from 회사 이름/ 회사 소속

Hello, Thank you for calling, 회사 이름 / 소속/ 내 신분 this is 000 speaking. how can I help you?

 

처음 전화 걸 때 

Hello, this is 000 from 회사 이름/ 회사 소속.

누군가와 통화 가능한지 물을 때

May I speak to 000, please?

I am like to speak with 000 in 회사 소속 ( eg, I'm like to speak with 000 in the sales department/ team) 

could you put 000 on the line?

 

 

전화받는 입장에서 상대방이 왜 누구인지 물어보고자 할 때

Who is calling please? 누구실까요?

Who am I speaking to? 누구실까요?

where are you calling from? 어디서 전화하신 걸까요?

Can I get your name, please? 이름이 어떻게 되시죠?

 

전화 잘 못 건 것으로 보일 때

I think you have the wrong number  = you may have dialed the wrong number 전화 잘못 거신 것 같아요

I am sorry, I dialed the wrong number 죄송해요, 제가 잘못 전화 건 것 같네요

 

전화 연결을 A에서 B로 해줄 때 

I will put him/her on. 그분/그녀 바꿔 드릴게요

Please hold on a second 잠시만 기다려주세요

Someone is asking for you. 당신한테 전화 왔어요/ 누가 너 연결해달라고 한다

 

전화 연결받았을 때

This is  000 spekaing 전화받았습니다

May I ask what this is regarding 무슨 일로 전화 주셨을까요? = what is this regarding? 

 

전화 연결을 A에서 B로 해줄 수 없을 때 (상황 별 설명 )

• 통화 중

He/ she is on the line 지금 통화 중입니다. = the line is engaged = the line is busy= He is on another line

 

• 미팅 또는 일로 바쁠 때

He/ she is in a meeting at the moment 지금 미팅 중입니다

• 부재일 때

I am sorry but he/ she is not here now = he/ she is out of the office today = he/ she is not available today = he/ she is unavailable at the monent= I am afraid that she is on vacation now = He just stepped out  출장/ 병가/ 자리로 자리에 안 계십니다

 

통화 연결이 불가능할 때 이후 조치

May I take a message? = Would you like to leave a message?  메시지 전달드릴까요?

I would like to leave a message = Could you pass on my massage? 메모 좀 전달해주시겠어요?

Can you tell him/her that 00 called 그/ 그녀에게 00에게 전화 왔다고 전해주시겠어요? 

Can you have him/her call me back?  그/그녀에게 저한테 전화해달라고 전달해주시겠어요?

No thank you, I will call back later/ tomorrow 아니요, 괜찮습니다. 나중에/ 내일 다시 전화하겠습니다

 

전화 연결 관련하여 문제가 있을 때

I am sorry, I can't hear you well = I didn't catch you = I think the line is bad 죄송한데 잘 안 들리네요 

I was suddenly disconnected from the phone 갑자기 전화가 끊겼네요

I think there is some interference. 혼선이 좀 있는 것 같아요

There is a signal but no one is answering  신호는 가는데 목소리는 들리지 않네요

 

전화 연결을 받기는 했으나 오래 통화를 못할 때

Sorry, I couldn't hold the phone for a long time. 죄송합니다. 오래 통화 진행은 어려울 것 같아요

I have to make an important call 중요하게 전화할 곳이 있어서요

I have a meeting later/ soon 제가 미팅이 있어서요

Please keep it short = I would appreciate a short response 용건만 간단히 이야기해주시겠어요? / 짧게 통화해주시겠어요? 

If you don't mind, can I call you back later 괜찮으시면 제가 나중에 전화드려도 될까요?  

I will call you as soon as possible 가능한 빠르게 다시 전화드리겠습니다.

 

 

앞서 언급한 문장을 토대로 예를 들면 

Amy: Hello, Thank you for calling google, this is Amy speaking. how can I help you?/ who am I speaking with? 

Danny: Hello, This is Danny from Mata. May I speak with Ken?

Amy: Could you please hold on a second? 

Danny: Okay

 

Amy: Hello, Ken, this is Amy from reception. Google's Danny is on the line. Would you be able to take the line? 

Ken: Hello, Amy. I would be great if you could pass the line. I appreciate your help.

Amy. Okay. No problem

 

Amy: Hi Amy again. I will put him on. 

Ken: Hello, Danny. Ken speaking.

Danny : Hello ~~   전화한 용건 말하기
